Refunds and Cancellation Policy
An order not dispatched can be canceled by writing to email@example.com quoting the order details
Once the order is cancelled at our end, we would process the refund back to source deducting the gateway charges. We will make our best efforts to effect refund within 7 working days
Further if not satisfied with the quality of the product, the customer can is free to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the details and reason for such non-satisfaction, and we will be happy to arrange for replacement or refund or refund voucher. The decision of the company shall be final with regard to replacement and/or refund for the product or issuance of refund voucher considering the details and reason for non-satisfaction and the same shall be binding on the customer.
